  If contacted by another department about an account change, but have not been contacted by the customer.
If you ever have a question about the accuracy of an account, contact the customer directly.

  Time Card Rights -
a. Clerk - Can enter time. Can edit and delete if card has not been approved.
b. Foreman - Approve, and Adj

  Question about putting phases in 90-complete -
Please refer to the SOP for the type and category that you are working with. If you have further questions, contact Anna.

  Time Cards - wrong account getting charged
When you get the message that you are not on a WR/phase - double check that you are entering the correct number. If you did do the work, then the foremen of the two shops need to work out the phase information so that the correct accounts get credited.

  Inventory -
  a. If doing Counter Release for different WRs. Create different entries
b. With new version - You will have a separate bin for each part in your shop. If they are not already setup, the computer will create them for the parts already in the system.

  Can we use Rapid Time Card Entry?
Yes. This issue was fixed with version 3.95

  Do we use inventory adjustment to add back inventory that got checked out for a WR then did not get used on the job?
You need to do an inventory adjustment to add it back and get accounting to do an external charge for a credit. Material Return doesn't work, due to FAMIS restrictions, this is an A&M issue and will not be fixed.

  Individual accounts for student workers and Radio Room
All generic accounts will become person specific. Users will be notified of their new account information when accounts are ready.

9.
  How many Work Request number can we look up at a time?
The system will allow you to enter up to 93 numbers, but it will close down and give you an error. Please enter only 30 or 35 numbers at a time.

  How do I avoid locks when approving several days of time at once?

Pull up time cards for approval one day at a time. After clicking on the binoculars, fill in the work date field, then click the blue box. This will pull up just one days worth of time cards. This will allow the system to process fewer cards at a time.
