Custodial Services Mission: To be the example of excellence in custodial services and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe, attractive learning environment with opportunities for challenging employment.

Custodial employees clean and maintain TAMU buildings, including offices, classrooms, hallways, restrooms and public areas. They vacuum, sweep, empty wastebaskets and do all the things that are required to provide our customers, students and faculty with a clean, healthy learning environment.

Several crews operate on a 24-hour basis and some work on holidays. Some crews have unique duties, which include:

* Preparation of Kyle Field for the football season;
* Cleaning the Veterinary Complex, including Surgery Rooms;
* Cleaning the Recreational Sports Center and Brayton Fire Field;
* Keeping up with visitors at the George Bush Library.
