Evaluation Period: April 1 through
March 31. |

|
Any employee hired before 1 April
2008, should have a
full performance evaluation completed and turned in to
the Payroll Office by 31 May. |
|
If you have an employee who transferred to your
area during the evaluation period, the evaluation should
be a
joint effort between the supervisors. |
|
If you have an employee who is out on leave during
the evaluation period, please evaluate that employee promptly
upon their return. Submit the completed evaluation
to the
Personnel & Payroll Office as soon as possible. |
