Re-Bid Lighting Audit & Renovation for 31 Buildings Project No. 050805795
Legal Advertisement Scope: An energy conservation project for the campus including, but not limited, to the following: Replace existing incandescent lamps with new fluorescent lamps as specified. Replace existing incandescent and fluorescent exit signs with new LED exit signs; provide and install occupancy sensors and power packs. Subcontracting: All work will be awarded under a single prime contract. Texas A&M University has determined a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is required for this project. The following potential subcontracting opportunities are probable on this project: electricians; hazardous materials removal. This list is not a comprehensive list of all subcontracting opportunities for this project. The Bidder is responsible for identifying all types of potential subcontracting work. Pre-bid Conference: 2:00 p.m., February 12, 2008, Physical Plant Administration Building, Room 204, College Station, Texas. Bid Submittal: Proposal and HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) must be received by the Contracting & Programming office in Room 213 of the Physical Plant Administration Building prior to 2:00 p.m., March 4, 2008.
