Agronomy Road Sidewalk Project No. 070308281
Legal Advertisement Scope: Demolition of existing paving, installation of reinforced concrete sidewalks, paving and access ramps, rough grading and fine grading, sod installation, and irrigation modification and installation. Subcontracting: All work will be awarded under a single prime contract. Texas A&M University has determined a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is required for this project. The following potential subcontracting opportunities are probable on this project: construction services; construction services, heavy; dirt work/landscape contractor; irrigation; and, other-fencing. This list is not a comprehensive list of all subcontracting opportunities for this project. The Bidder is responsible for identifying all types of potential subcontracting work. Pre-bid Conference: 2:00 p.m., February 14, 2008, Physical Plant Administration Building, Room 204, College Station, Texas. Bid Submittal: Proposal and HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) must be received by the Contracting & Programming office in Room 213 of the Physical Plant Administration Building prior to 2:00 p.m., March 6, 2008.
