Building 969 Bus Operations Renovation Project No. 070726278
Legal Advertisement Scope: Interior and exterior renovation of approximately 3,550 square feet of the Bus Operations Facility, Building 969. The work includes selective demolition of existing doors, walls, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. Furnish and install new walls, doors and frames, HVAC, fire sprinklers, fire alarm system, electrical and plumbing, and exterior site grading work and concrete work to correct water drainage problems. Subcontracting: All work will be awarded under a single prime contract. Texas A&M University has determined a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is required for this project. The following potential subcontracting opportunities are probable on this project: construction services; carpenters; carpet, floor and tile installers and finishers; cement masons, concrete finishers and terrazzo; drywall installers and finishers; electricians; glaziers, glass services, new construction; building insulation contractor and suspended acoustical ceiling; pipe insulators; metal stud; mechanical and HVAC; painters; plasterers and stucco masons; plumbers; roofers; sheet metal workers and duct installers; sprinkler installers; tile layers; welders, structural steel; blue printing services; fire protection equipment and supplies; builder’s supplies; and building construction services, new. This list is not a comprehensive list of all subcontracting opportunities for this project. The Bidder is responsible for identifying all types of potential subcontracting work.
