Scope: Repair
masonry wall flashing and also accomplish other exterior waterproofing.

Subcontracting:
All work will be awarded under a single prime contract. Texas A&M University has
determined a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is required for this project. The
following potential subcontracting opportunities are probable on this project:
construction services; brick layers and stonemasons; carpenters; carpet, floor
and tile installers and finishers; glaziers, glass services, new construction;
painters; plumbers; restoration and waterproofing; roofers; sheet metal workers
and duct installers; welders, structural steel; and blue printing services.
This list is not a comprehensive list of all subcontracting opportunities for
this project. The Bidder is responsible for identifying all types of potential
subcontracting work.

Physical Plant Administration Building, Room 204, College Station, Texas.
Bid Submittal:
Proposal and HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) must be received by the Contracting &
Programming office in Room 213 of the Physical Plant Administration Building
prior to 2:00 p.m., April 24, 2008. Public bid opening will follow.
