Contracting and Programming (CAP) is a division of the Physical Plant Department at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.  We provide administration of publicly bid projects for the construction, renovation and rehabilitation of various campus facilities.  This site is intended to provide information on current public-bid projects.  Follow the links in the left-hand margin for more information.
